Health Matters Most

From the day that I've found out that I was afflicted with cancer (no worries I was already treated after undergone 2 major operations, Multiple Body Scan and unstoppable series of blood test). I began realizing how important life is. It's not the Money on your bank account that counts, It's not how big your house is, It's not how many Friends you have on your list. What matters most when we are talking about life was only Him and You (God and You). When your body gives in, all of the things that matter will soon fade out and starting to analyze and ask questions "What things that really matters to me". That's when I began searching for a possible answer and solution. Good thing internet was already in existance. Though of course prayers are still the best answers and solution to all. So while searching I found out this and still keeping it on my documents...Hope this one could add to your health benefits.
Correct timing to take water


Correct timing to take water, will maximize its effectiveness to Human body.

Two (02) glass of water - After waking up - Helps activate internal organs

One (01) glasses of water - 30 minutes before meal - Help digestion

One (01) glass of water - Before taking a bath - Helps lower blood pressure

One (01) glass of water - Before sleep - To avoid stroke or heart attack
Plus additional 3 glasses in between Total of 8glasses a day.
